<li>Open the <strong>Start Menu</strong>.</li>
<li>Type <strong>Services</strong>. Click the icon that looks like some gears as seen highlighted in the screen shot below.</li>
<li>Right-click on <strong>Print Spooler</strong> and select <strong>Restart</strong>.</li>
<li>Any print jobs that you deleted should disappear and the next queued job waiting to print should start.</li>
